When I click on the Help on the Start Menu in Windows I

I followed the instructions in Q252612 and it still

I have 2 physical drives.  The master is partition into 2
drives. If I format my C drive so that I can reinstall
windows 98,  will I have problems on the other partitions
where my data is actually located.

Win98 SE Op.Sys.
While deleting fonts from a backup CD,  I had my desktop
fonts change. I found that not only had the fonts been
deleted from the CD, but also from my windows fonts
EXPLORER caused an invalid page fault27 Jun 2004 04:50 GMT1
about a minute after a start windows I get the following
message, and my "Windows Explorer" shuts down. I've tried
to delete the TMP file, but it keeps telling me that it is
in use and can not be deleted. I've opened in safe mode

The SYSTEM.INI file was deleted somehow, so everytime I
turn on the pc, I get a message it cannot find a divice
file that may be needed to run Windows or a Widows

When I try to run msconfig (as of today), it will come up
and only stay on the screen for a few seconds, then it
disappears. It is gone so quickly that you cannot even
review it, just stays up a second or two and vanishes.
