how can i manually get rid of spyware and adware out of my
computer completely? can i do this by going into my
registry edit or what?

When I try to open "Control Panel"  I receive the message"
Explorer caused an invalid page fault in module wmpdxm.dll

Just set up a new user on network.  Loaded Outlook 2000

One of my users'PC is having a strange problem opening any
