how can i manually get rid of spyware and adware out of my

Anybody know how to remove an entry from msconfig's
startup list?  I uninstall them, and still they're in my

Just set up a new user on network.  Loaded Outlook 2000
on system.  Ran Outlook, it pointed to a different users
mailbox, changed to correct mailbox.  Every thing seemed
OK.  Then the other user complained that she could not

Hmmm, well like I said, Computers suck.  I have tried
everything.  All spyware, addware, anti trojan, virus and
worm programs, cant get this stupid ie hijacking off.
