Hello I have 2 problems that I'm aware of and God knows
what else!
1) The computer hangs every time that I try to restart it

I can't get the tool bar from the horizontal position.  
All of a sudden it went horizontal from vertical and I
cant get it back on the bottom.

i keep getting a message that "wtoolsa" has crashed. i
click ok and the computer keeps working but it pops up
about every 60 secs or so. i thought it was part of norton
