Help. I keep having everything stop and the blue screen
with "Fatal exception 0E has occurred at 017F:BFF9DFFF.
The current application will be terminated".  Then when it
closes down, its caught in a loop of some kind, saying it

Mine got deleted in a virus fight, can someone post it, or point me to
it. I already went to MS site, it's too complicated, and helpful, to

Starting up the pc it boots straight to safe mode.
Started this after a power failure.
How can i stop this and have it boot to windows again.

I seemed to have lost the ability to view my jpg images
and other documents images. I have set to view my folder
as a web page. Some documents will display a preview and
others dont. What do I have to do to preview all my docs

I have something really wierd. The windows folder from c
drive has been deleted and replaced by individual folders
on the c drive as "dir0001", "dir0002" and so on, about
40 in all. Needless to say the pc has crashed, any ideas.

After I did a update from microsoft, When I right clicked
on the recycle bin I couldn't empty it because my empty
recycle bin was gone, please help I hate a messy computer

whenever i put a new contact in my address book I get
microsoft desktop icon with a tilde (~) beneath it. Then
the tilde gets into my registry or win.ini files.

Everytime I reboot I have to log off and re log to get to
my preferred settings.  How do I get to be the only user?

I have deleted a lot of programs including Mcafee from
Add/Remove programs in cotrol panel but they are still
showing up in control panel.  When I attempt to install
other applications or Norton to be specific, it tells me

open it with and i chose the wrong one. Now i need to go

Just installed new hard drive, kept original one on pc to transfer files.
Was hoping to remove this to install in old pc but cannot boot up using new
hard drive.
Any useful advice appreciated??
