I downloaded a critical update today for Microsoft Outlook Express.  Now I can't open the program.  Any ideas on how to resolve this problem?  The error message dialog box has "Msimn" at the top of it.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I upgraded to Ahead Software Nero CD burning software,
version 5.5).  The previous CD burning software I used
(Adaptec) erased the original Windows 98SE WNASPI32.DLL

my mouse. I would like to delete the old windows 98 and
re-install it; to see if I can salvage my computer.

when, say, you go to troubleshooting, click on a topic,
