Does anyone know how to uninstall windows 98 from MS Dos

Hi, i was wondering whether anyone knew where can i get
access to the 'Task Manager' in Windows 98?
The task manager shows CPU usage history etc.
I am currently reading a book which says "by pressing

In Win98 Microsoft Paint you set margins in 'Page Setup'. No problem.
But how on earth can you SAVE the margins. Paint always comes up with 0.75 inch or 19,1 mm margins on all

Tried to find it in the registry, couldn't find it.

What is the function of this folder? (TEMP under WIN/PROG
FILES) If it's temp, why are there still old and expired
files in the folder?  Can I delete them?  What type of
information is stored in this folder?

OLEPRO32.dll is missing. How can I reinstall it easily?

I cannot open . doc files from the internet , any ideas
why?

weird windows pop up unexpectedly on my taskbar.
C:\WINDOWS\dl.html-Microsoft Interenet Explorer. Sometimes
i can close them and sometimes not. They don't do anything
when i click on them but sometimes they freeze my system.

I can use internet explorer to get to these items.  I can
start in safe mode and I have no problems opening windows

Could someone please tell me how to find a missing DLL.
The message I get is
WKUPDAT2.exe file is linked to missing Shell32DLL
SHGetFolderPathA.
