restore the Aspienum.vxd file with no luck. Here's what I

I booted into safe mode to run a disk scan.  When
finshed, my sister could not shut down properly.
The next day I turn on my PC and cannot get out of
safe mode.  Any answers out there?

After I downloaded critical security and some other updates
I get a blue screen saying "cannot find a device
file..referred to in system.ini...wol558vxd...press any key
to continue"

the file name -(mwsoeplg.dll) keeps popping up when my
computer is turned on. it is promting me to choose a
progam to open this file? were should i send it ???
