I went to istall a new program (Photo Finale) and it asked
for the product key number.  So I entered it and installed
the program.  I had some problems and had to uninstall the
program and then reinstalled it.  The first time I

When I download applications, they are opening up in
Wordpad and I can not use this.  How do I change this from
the default?  Example, tried to download upgrades of
Acrobat and Netscape, they both opened in Wordpad

My friend accidentially delete some files (name unknown)

While in the Carribian islands I had my notebook serviced

I need to access win98 safe mode in dual boot but it won't go to it.  I need
to fix a corrupt driver in device manager for win98.  Win98 is on c: drive
and XP pro is on d: (1) physical hard drive is in my machine.
Any thoughts on how to get into win98 safe mode if at all possible. ...

My father purchases a Packard Bell computer model number
