Windows 98 O/S having a problem with a file that loads
during startup.This PC has had numerous problems
(addware/spyware/numerous pop-ups/possible

Can someone help me with my laptop?  I turned it off and
then on...it asked me to go through a Wizward to input my
product key, which I did successfully.  Then, it booted up

found that i have a program called StartUp, which is

I accidentally deleted RunDLL.exe from my computer..I am
running Windows 98SE.  I was told it was a trojan, but
after I had deleted it found out that it was legitimate.  
How can I recover what I deleted?  Thanks!

WHEN I RUN MY DEFRAG PROGRAM IT NEVER GETS PAST 0%
COMPLETE.  I HAVE LET IT RUN FOR OVER 48 HOURS AND STILL

Recently I developed a problem while using Windows
explorer to create a folder - namely the New option within
the right click menu was'nt showing. A few weeks ago I re-
installed windows & after this the New option was back.
