I want to add a Spanish to my keyboard language options so

Can I uninstall Windows 98 & reinstall Windows xp? Or is

Last week, all of my peripherals quit working so I had to
re-install Windows 98 and now none of my huge collection of

I installed office 97 on my machine that has win 98 on
it.  The install went fine.  I tried to open word and I
get an error message, "aplication requires windows
installer to run".  All other features in office open

No matter what icon i click Haupage WinTV2000 tries to
open, but fails.  WinTV2000 will open properly if i click
it's icon.  If i install a new program the same problem
occurs.  I can run any program so long as i go to START

During clean up of virus problems I deleted PAINT and
recycle bin. How can PAINT be reinstalled from set up disk
