Can anyone tell me what realsched is and do I need it?

I am attempting to download Office 2000 to my computer,
which is running Win98SE.  It does automatically start up -
and I have tried using the 'run' function - but no matter
how I attempt to get it to install the same error message

While removing adware I accidently remove a part of my
Windows registry. Now I am unable to install the software
for Norton SystemWorks and Kodak digital camera.  Can
anyone sugest a remedy?

I was running Norton Antivirus 2004 to check for virus. It

Hello,  I have a Gateway with Windows 98.  My monitor
shuts down shortly after the screen saver comes on.  I
must manually press the start/off button and restart the
monitor then wait for the  computer to light up screen.

after my dsl got installed as well as some other programs,
my spell check doesn't work in Outlook Express.  help.

I was tweaking the "startup" section of "MSCONFIG" to de-
select some programs that somehow were loaded from a virus
of soe kind and when I was finished I had no sound. There
is no sound from the pc speaker or my external speakers.

Hi, I so called upgraded to windows 98se from 95 and my muti-media music
CD's are not playing!!!!! What kind'a *&(*) is that!!!

Old W98SE box and AOL (I know, I know...) ver 8.0Plus.  
Surfing and e-mailing OK.  But, when closing the app, the
beginning setup pg comes up as normal, system is freezing
for about 1 min, then it IPFs in KERNEL32.dll.  

I frequently get the window - Tapisrv has performed an
illegal operation, etc. etc.
I was able to find the program - start, find, file - but I
cannot open it and I don't want to delete until I know

Please help,
I have tried to install some software (Kodak easyshare for
my digital camera & Norton System works) from CD and/or
the desktop.  I have resourced each tech support service
