I have windows 98 second edition.  everytime I try to run
maintenance wizard or defrag from systems in accessories,
i get the error message not enough memory.  close down one
or more open programmes.  I do not have anything else

I'm getting the following error:  
Freecell.exe is linked to missing export CARDS.DLL:cdtterm
I downloaded a new cards.dll and placed it in
Windows/system.  Still won't work.

When i try to shut down my windows 98 system it comes up
saying it has performed an illegal operation and will be
shut down; General protection falt in module KRNL386.exe
at 0001:00001c16

Where Can I Download Windows 98 SE - WHILE REINSTALLING
WINDOWS 98 SE, I SOMEHOW DAMAGE THE DISK (SEVERELY). WILL
SOMEONE CONTACK ME AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. THE PROGRAM WAS
BEING USE TO ASSIST ME IN DEVELOPING MY LEARNING SKILL.

Windows 98 defrag just keeps restarting.  It was suggested
that I could defrag in Dos mode.  Can I? How to do it? Is
there a better solution. thanks

Deleted the desktop defragmenter icon.  Now it is gone in
assessories file.  do I have to reinstall it? It should
still be there.  how do I find it?  
Also, when I run defragmenter the system says systems are

I did a right click then properties then format on a hard drive and it
formated it; but when I installed win 98se it only allowed 2 gigs of space.  
I have a 40 gig hd and want to install 98se on it (why,dont ask please) so I
think when I formated it, it didn't partition the rest ...

I tried to load McAfee Viruscan on a windows 98 computer
and I am getting the error message of "MCSCAN32.DLL.  The
internet tip said to uninstall and reinstall which I have
done twice, to no avail.  How do I get rid of the error

Hi - in a fit of overenthusiasm on a spyware elimination campaign,
I've gone and deleted mprexe.exe from a windows 98 oem (packard bell)
system. Now I get a blank windows splash screen, no icons. I searched
for it in a win98 upgrate cd-rom, but the cab files do not contain

I used to run B.H.A. Gold2, PowerProducer Gold 2.0, and
