Windows 98 had a fantastic on screen interactive tutorial
for absolute beginners. Is there any way I can get a copy
to load and run on Windows 2000 my current operating
system. I have bought tutorials, but have yet to find one

It worked so well and fixed this long-time problem of getting "DEFRAG009"
error, and this "out of memory" thing.

I ran a spyware program and deleted some quarantine files and now I can't
access my desktop and the Start button does not display.  Please help.

I had the problem that when I booted the computer I had a page fault

Please help.  When I select the details view in Windows Explorer (or any
window for that matter), the screen goes blank.  All other file views work
except for details.

I get error message,  wont load library file, TopSearch.dll

I know how to add programs to the Start button's menu into
Programs.
How do I add a program to the top part of the Start
button's menu. You know, above that line. Where Windows

start button has nothing under except run, find, etc..

I have a Gateway PC purchased new in 2000, with windows 98

Just recently, my computer will not open word at all.  

i have win98 on a HP computer
last nite i shut down my computer:
Start>>Shut Down>>Shut Down (bulleted)>>OK
the computer went thru it's normal shut down process.  

I'm trying to use a USB memory stick and I can not down
load the driver that is on the memory stick.  I have
windows 98 2nd edition update and do not have that disk
that the computer wants, I only have my original win 98

Money99 is not updating stock quotes and investor
information which I have used daily  for 6 years.  
Uninstalled SPYBOT (installed last week), which I thought
was cause of problem;  however, it is still not connecting

I tried to start the computer with the ctri or F8 held
down and the menue to enter safe mode did not appear, it
just started up.
I need to run anti-virus and spyware in safe mode.
