I have encountered a problem.  My OS is Windows 98SE.  
When I click on Windows Explorer (not Internet Explorer)
in the Programs it prompts me to choose from a list which
application I want to open this program.  I do not know

Hi, I can't get either the "system confirugation utility" applet or
"Regedit" to work.

Some how when I was deleting unnecessary programs, somehow
something got deleted and I lost everything.. I mean
