how do i fix this,when it  want let me go to my desk top?

Windows 98 is having trouble installing this software for our new NTL
broadbrand connection. Once the modem is recognised (and the green lights
show), the PC requests to restart and Windows locates new hardware and builds
the driver database, it then tries to install the software ...

Can anyone please tell me where can I obtain Windows 98 USB driver?
