Hi--Does anyone know the device name under MS-DOS for accessing the
terminal screen directly? On DEC machines, it was TT01:, etc, I
believe.

Using Win98SE. Media Player 9 used to work fine, but after restoring the
Win98SE system, it doesn't work on streaming audio. I've follwed the
direction for the error code to no avail. MP will play CDs, mp3, wav,

On start-up I get a report that I need to run scandisk from within Windows
but when I do so it stops when it has run out of memory.
I have located the problem area of the disk to several downloads which were
probably interrupted (improper shutdown), which I cannot delete due to, I
