Does there exist an application that will backup data to both an internal
seagate tape drive and an external usb drive?

I have a hard disk with three partitions: C:D:E:.  I would like to combine
them all into one partition only C:.  Is there a reliable/recomended software
that I can use to do this that will not destroy any data?  Thanks.

I have used windows98 as my OS for some time. Recently I have installed
windows XP in my system as second OS (dual boot), but due to some
problem my system frequently restarts, so I formatted both the
operating systems and reinstalled windows98. But during installation,

Hi guys, I need some insight into Win98se memory issues.
I am about to fit an extra 512mb of memory to a Win98se system.
1) Can the Win98se utilize the memory?
2) Does limiting the Vcache to 512mb have the same result as if I just
