I'm looking for help editing a text file.
Where the date changes between rows I'd like to insert an extra line.
The first row of the file contains 'Sep 1', so will the second, third
and so on.

I read online that FAT32 allows 4TB partition limitation.
Does that mean that I can use FDISK on Win98 CD to create a 500GB partition.
Install Win98 on it & the OS can use that whole partition?
