I have validated that the firewall on the server is the culprit.
When the firewall is turned off all computers on the domain can update the
GPO. I have done so with GPUPDATE.
When the firewall is turned on I get the following event ids in the
Conflict with nbtstat tools29 Apr 2006 16:15 GMT1
I have a problem with MrxSmb and event id: 8003, i execute nbtstat:
APOLO          <20>  UNIQUE      Registered
APOLO          <00>  UNIQUE      Registered
APOLO          <03>  UNIQUE      Registered

I mean *really* turn this off. In the Control Panel, my Windows Firewall
settings show that Firewall is OFF (not recommended - although, thank you
very much, I'll make my own decision on this.)
Despite this, I get a bazillion of these entries (below) showing up in my

I am running a GC server (my only one) with IIS 6.0 enabled. I have

I have created an ASP.NET Webservice that runs on IIS Server. It works fine
with Windows 2000.

I have been trying to access the Windows Firewall settings to modify
them, but every way I try to access (via Control Panel, run:
Firewall.cpl) I get a message that says "Due to an unidentified problem,
Windows cannot display Windows Firewall settings".
