How to implement Timebased blocking using NetFwPublicTypeLib::INetFwRulePtr
sipFwRule; it doesnt seems to have that option while FW_RULE BlockOutbound;
does have ? why and whats the difference coz both seems to create same rule.

I'm using sky broadband and got a NETGEAT DG834GT router and my PC is
running wireless, I'm trying to allow port 7171 on 192.168.0.3 but when I

I am trying to install a Universe database on my Win2000 Prof as a
developement pc.  Universe has a telnet service that uses port 23 for the
client tools and it cannot start.  Error 1067 and the event viewer says
another application may be using the and bound to the port even ...

Hi,all
  I try to add a Vista firewall ruler at advance firewall GUI, when  rules
is named "all", the Windows will show me a dialog , can't named "all", haha
  my question is : Is that have a other exception on Vista firewall rules's
