When every i try to format my C drive (my harddrive)in dos I keep getting a message saying cannot format drive. I dunno why its doing this it might be a problem with me dos. But if anyone can shine some light please do.

Due to the number of problems I have experienced in connection with my recent Office 2002 XP upgrade, it has been suggested by MS support that I do a User Backup with my Recovery CD. Not sure about this "do", but I'll give it a try.
