The system.ini file appears to be corrupt or missing. When
attempting to start the pc the system will not boot and is

Many types of attachments that I receive in Outlook
Express cannot be opened.  I can open jpeg, asf and mpeg
files, but can't open HTML, pps, xls, eml, vcf and exe

kept it backed up on a floppy disk.  I recently had to
reformat my harddrive.  I reinstalled money 2000 and when
I went to restore my floppy disk, it won't let me into it

I am having trouble running Scandisk.  When I use it, it
repeatedly starts and stops and then I get a message
saying that it has restarted 10 times because Windows is
overwriting the program.  What can I do about this problem?
