need a recovery or restore cd for ME to install windox xp

When trying to open Internet explorer or My computer , an
explorer dialog box is opening . It says that the file
wsem213.dll has performed an illegal operation and will be
closed . If we say close it again appears then close .

Is there a way to fix the error that reads "MMTASK cause
an etrror in KTNL386.exe?

i try installing norton and winme is telling me that she
cannot found window installer.i try mcafee the same thing
happen. what can i do to fix this.

I have Windows XP at the office and Windows ME at home. In
the edit menu of Notepad I have a "Replace" and a "Replace
All" option at the office, but NOT at home. What's up? Is
there an upgrade of Notepad available?

Can ME be downgraded to 98 without having to wipe the
drive and reinstall everything from scratch?

When I save a  page with this extension that has both text
and picture, when I go to open it again,  the picture will
not come up, just the text.  Any suggestions?

Hello, As much as I enjoy the several attributes (pretty
colours etc) of WMP (Vers.8 preferred) I heartily dislike
its predilection for jumping the starting-gun. I have an
alternative (Creative) which I sometimes like to exercise.

"PictureIt" Project looks good.  I want to send it via
email.  It goes out as an ".EXE" file.  Corporate
firewalls don't allow receiver to open it.  Is there a way
to save the "Project" as something that will get through

I have attempted to restore my system to an earlier date.  
I get the error message "unsuccessful restore, date chosen
