I am simply trying to back up my system, including my
files, before I upgarade to XP.  MSN and Gateway have been
no help even after I pay $1.95 a minute.

I recently reinstalled ME on my Del Dimension L700cx to
correct a start up problem. Everything seems to be OK
except that it does not recognize compressed folders (ZIP
files)anymore.

My Pentium III regularly crashes without any error
messages.  The computer just starts to reboot
automatically.  I have run McAfee AV and the system is
clean.  Dachshund Anti-crash program doesn't help.

I have a compaq 4090US and my floppy drive was not
plugged in and i did not know this.I wrote to compaq and
told them my A drive wasn't working,and they sent me
instructions to reinstall Windows ME from my cabs folder

Just noticed that my System Resources are running at a very
low level, i.e. 40%-50%.
How can I get that up to the 90% level?  I have 512KB
memory and a 1.2 GHz Athlon CPU and plenty of spare HD space.

Scan disk does not complete it's "cycle."  The indicator
bar only goes so far when attempting to scan, and then
just starts over again without completing. This process

After installing NAV 2003 my PC only start's in safe mode.
When I uninstall NAV 2003 it start normal again. Anyone

When I try to update ME to XP, after I stick the cd-rom
in, it runs for a few seconds and I get  "Winnt32 has
