What would cause this to not respond? My screen hangs and
when I control/alt/del it says that Msgsrv32 is not
responding. This has become a constant problem. My son
says he just turns it off when he uses his computer

Since I have only dial up connection, can I get the
Microsoft updates in disc form for faster installation.
Large files to download take a long time and many times I
