On startup, about half the time, I get an error message
saying "Spool 32 has caused an error in SPOOL32.exe. Spool
32 will now close." I have Windows Me.
When this happens, my computer speed slows dramatically,

My Windows Me cannot seem to complete a download from the
internet for programs such as Multimedia Flash.  I have
