I just upgraded from Win98 to WinME.   All my software
works except my MSOffice suite - no Word, Excel, etc.

I have tried to find a specific driver on Microsoft's
support site, but can't locate it.  I have also looked on
my Win Me reinstallation CD and can't find the correct
driver there either.  I need the "NEC PCI to USB open host

I recently upgraded to Windows Media player 9 and DirectX-
9. When I try to install Adobe products that play AVI
files or try to play certain .AVI files in the Windows
folder I get the following error message:

Can this be done with little problems?
Has anyone done this sucessfully?

All of a sudden my P.C. refuses to open any Word
documents. When I click to open Word or and existing Word
document the whole thing freezes up.

Hi, would you know the directoty to put the shortcut to
Outlook Express to the Desktop if the Program Option was
removed from the Program group list.
So far i can execute Outlook Express through the:

PC is running WinME.
When opeening the Add/Remove Programs window in Control
Panel, nothing is listed. All the programs are still
installed and visible with Explorer under C:\ProgramFiles.

After installing direct x 9.0, I reboot and get an error
message  can not update file 1% : 2%. This keeps my PC
from restarting windows. Any ideas on why this happens and
how to correct it.

I was going to try and do a System Restore, but now find that my Knowledge
Help Center will not load. I reinstalled WinME and tried again. but, am

I have a huge ! on this file, or driver, I want it back on
my computer, I am unsure how to get it back on, I tried to
reinstall it, it tells me that windows/systems isapnp.vxd
file not found.
