after repeated attempts to load and connect with SBC Yahoo
DSL, and after service rep worked 2 hours with me, after a
restore with boot disks, I am missing the NETDLKRT.INF
file...any suggestions?  Bought the computer refurbished

I too, was taken by the virus hoax of jdbgmgr.exe - I read
