This vcache will not allow me to run virus scan or
scandisk for that matter.The blue screen comes on and I've

Someplace I downloaded an application to reinstall system restore when it

Knowledge base article 283069 calls for the renaming of
file named wininit.ini. This file does not exist on my
machine. The Wininit application is present but not
the .ini file. Where do I get a new copy of the .ini file

I downloaded aol 9.0 and ran norton system works utilities
for my daughter's computer.  The next day, she turned on

the only images that I can view as thumbnails in windows
explorer are files with an ART extension, how do I modify
explorer so that all image files can be viewed as

When I boot up I get a error message 'Winstart001 has caused an error
