HI, i want to format my current system, being a Dell
Dimension 8100 with Windows ME, followed by a complete
version of Windows XP Profesional. The only problem here
is that i only have a manual about formatting my current

When I start my computer, it goes to the DELL and
Microsoft help page in safe mode.  There is an error that

Ever since we purchased our Hewlett Packard Pavilion with
Windows ME it's been a nightmare.  Everything from blue
screens to constant lag to lockups where Ctrl + Alt + Del
doesn't even work.  I don't know if anyone else has been

Can anyone help me?  I get a message which says it is a

I can launch almost any Windows program from the command line by
typing the name of the executable. For example, Start | Run, type
"winword" and Microsoft Word starts. There is one program I have
however that for which this will not work. I get a dialog box saying

I have a question regarding ME and perhaps something that might be
preventing me from being able to load program add-ins.
I'm not sure if the problem is in the program itself, or something in ME
that I might need to adjust or change to allow the add-ins to be loaded.
