I have all my icons missing on my computer only the
recently installed programs have their icons showing.
The only thing showing my shortcuts are the program symbol.
how can I get my icons back?

Following message comes up everytime when clicking
on "local disk" inleft or right pane of explorer:

when installing MS-office or just about any other program,
