After downloading AOL 9.0 I get an errow message when
booting up. It says 'cannot open IPHLPAPI.DLL file, please

The nice Hindu man at Dell support wanted to reformat my
hard drive so I thought I'd ask you folks (I know it's a
long shot) if anyone has had this Windows ME Error:
"File name: VCOMM (05) = 0000053A

My search assistant (Windows Me)is not working.  It will
search the net, or quick find, but not the files on my
hard drive.  If there is a file missing, I am unable to
locate it because I cannot search for it!

Could anyone please advise how I overcome a problem with

After updatate an existing program and the restar the
computer, the computer may stop responding and receve the
fallowing error messages.  The operation system used is
windows millennium edition

When I try to open word is freeze's the programe also it
states that the file WINDOW.EXE is not available. Have try
to reload the disc (No it is not a copy) and same thing
happens again. All other programes are working OK. Urgent

I can't install the MS updates, they stop at about 76%.  
I've disabled Norton antivirus and firewall, but no
difference.  I've checked hidden files for oem.inf files
of 0KB but there aren't any.  I'be not been able to update

WHEN I USE THE SPELL CHECK TO CHECK SPELLING ON ANYTHING
IT ALWAYS COMES UP SPELLING IS CORRECT. I HAVE
INTENTIONALLY MISSPELLED WORDS AND SPELL CHECK DOES NOT
CORRECT IT. ANY IDEAS?
