I did not receive the Windows ME disc with my Toshiba
laptop when I bought it with ME installed. Toshiba wants
me to pay them $10 to send it to me. I'm
installing "FinePix" and it is requesting the ME disc.

Hi I have this Bp_bg task running and I don't know what it
is.(I see it when I hit "ctrl+alt+del")
Does anyone have an idea? Is it a virus or something?

If you use the Norton Systems works 2003 under ME, the
download and application can make startup impossiable.
It is a known bug, and is posted on both the MS and the
