When I boot up my computer I get the following message in a
windows error box.
Error starting program
CMD32.EXE is linked to missing export KERNEL32.DLL

Tried to download security patch, however, received
message stating "WINDOWS COULD NOT UPGRADE THE FILE
PERCENT 1 FROM PERCENT 2".
What does this mean, and how can I correct the problem.

This is the error message I receive whenever I try
accessing my help files.  My bet is this occurred after
one of my auto updates because it used to work fine & I

have .Ink after them.  When I click on one to open it, the

I downloaded System Soap, aprogram to checkfor spyware
that was to be free. It is untill you try to clean, then
they want you to purchase it.  I finally figured how to

I don't know if this is a software problem exactly but I
used the HP recovery to restore my computer to it's
original factory condition. My sound never came back. I
contacted HP support but they couldn't help. In the Device

I keep having and error message that reads "error with
KERNEL32.dll".  Especially when downloading online.  Is
there anything I can do to repair this?  It is blocking me
from receiving downloads I really would like to obtain.

Keep getting message that C:\\WINDOWS\IEDLL.EXE is
corrupt.  Try re-installing it and re-starting your
computer.  Also, getting message that Loader has caused an
error in LOADER.EXE.  Can anyone help me?

I am running Windows ME, installed on my machine by IBM. I
received no disc's for ME. I went to IBM for help and they
sent IBM Product Recovery CD's (2), however they do not
contain the file the system is looking for, namely
IPHLPAPI.DLL24 Oct 2003 23:59 GMT6
After DL AOL 9.0, I get:
"Error Starting Program :  The IPHLPAPI.DLL  file cannot
start.  Check the file to determine the problem.   OK."
AOL said its a Microsoft Update Problem.
