I am trying to find the task manager where I can get to
the processes tab so I can figure out what programs
are .exe and what was "planted" by a website causing all
of the pop-ups! Can someone help?  TY ahead of time...

I cant get to the desktop. Get message "Explorer has

Hi,
My system has crashed, before that Norton keep catching a
Torjan Horse that just never seems to go away. Now it has
crashed and  I have lost all the "Exploer" fuctions. I

I have a Dell laptop that I got second hand with Me on it
but no disks came with it.  I downloaded the IE 6 service
pack and now on startup all I get is an error saying that

 I am getting an error now on my Win ME edition. A
required .DLL file, WINSPOOL.DRV, was not found when I am
tring to open any .DOC document or any application. I am

I am using windows ME and each time I leave the computer
on for a while it freezes up on the screen saver .
It is the picture of a satelite dish and it says Microsoft
on the right side of the screen.

I got Powerquest Partition Magic. Having fun with it and it seems not to
cause any trouble.
Anyhow, they suggest to partitition your C drive and have the system reside
on it and then make another partition to have your data reside on it. In my
