Windows Me pauses (stops responding) for a few seconds
every few minutes.  I suspect DirectX 9, but I need it
since I have FS2004.  I have tried both 9.0a & 9.0b.
Does anyone know of a fix?

file or try to open works the computer freezes and I have

I have been monitoring my Restore points for the past two
weeks, and they keep getting lost.  Even when I manually
set a restore point, the next day it is not there. At this
point, I now only have a restore point for today.
