Using System Suite 5 (from V-Com), I ran the Clean-Up
program and apparently it did a real good job in cleaning
up my files. To the point where it "over-flowed" my
recycle bin. Now it takes forever for the bin to come up

I have just noticed that when sending and receiving email
with MSWord and Excel attachments that they are no longer
opening. Pictures are working fine in email
attachements. Any clue will be appreciatied. Thanks!

I'm having trouble downloading Norton Internet Security
2004 from Symantec. They say the problem is with something
involved with Windows ME programs. When I try to download
my purchased product the window says the file is 64.0KB

I have IE 6.0 SP1 installed as well as all the critical
Windows Updates.
My Outlook Express remains at Version 5.5 even after I
reinstalled IE 6.0 SP1 from the Microsoft Website.

operating system. When I initiate an anti-virus scan of my hard disk,
the Scan screen appears and then it sits there apparently doing nothing
