instal & use Access 2003 I just purchased.  Access will
not work on my laptop.  It says that need to upgrade ME.

Cannot reboot system. Hangs at Windows ME splash screen.
When escape is pushed message behind splash screen is
revealed which says.. "please wait while Setup Updates
