Dell tech support had my mother-in-law reinstall the XP OS on her Dell
laptop after a nasty virus. Now, I need to help her reinstall her AV, Works,
etc. She tried to reinstall Norton AV but the system said she was missing a

caputre card,so I did transfer my video tape from my vcr
to pc save under videos file then tried to transfer
importted to a movie maker in oder to edited,it did

I get the following message "error:29" when i attempt to

When my computer goes on screen saver for a period of
time, when I return and move the mouse I see a box with a
red X in it with the following:

My mouse pointer jumps around the screen.  I cleaned it,
