I need to fix two error messages. URLMON.DLL and
KERNEL32.DLL. How can I fix them?

Can't find place where you edit or remove programmes that
run in the background. Not the startup folder or menu. I
mean system files that run automatically.. Explorer,
System, directCD etc.

    When I check my Ctl-alt-delete box I discover it has
loaded many programs I never wanted loaded and am not
using. Why is it doing this and how do I stop it? I will
also check with Microsoft as it may be a windows thing.

For a few months now, when I start up my computer I get an
error window entitled "Windows Script Host" stating:
"Cannot find c:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\SCANREG.VBS
