Having successfully loaded Symentec's Norton SystemWorks
2004, and performed the one-button check, it tells me that
the file mscoree.dll is missing, presumed deleted from my
system and needs restoring.

I'm trying to install a new hard drive and don't know how
to get into DOS to fdisk and format. I keep getting I/O
errors and boot disk failure messages when I try to use my
Windows ME start up disk. Any suggestions?
