Whenever I start my computer an old Halloween screensaver
pops up before going to my desktop. When i shutdown my
computer the same Halloween background pops up again
before going to the Windows shutdown screen. I have looked

When I boot ME it allows me to log in and shows the
taskbar but immediately after that it throws an exception

I have recently  lost the ability to play flash greeting
cards and some items on home page and e mail show up as
blank with a red x in top left hand corner. In the case of

My computer started saying it was missing
C;\WINDOWS\BXSX5.DLL in an a RUNDLL message box, the next
error was WINMGMT HAS CAUSED AN ERROR IN KERNEL32.DLL.
WINMGMT WILL NOW CLOSE.  Now everytime we try to go on the

How does one access the program "backup" on the
installation CD's?
I read in a book that you "browse CD,open Add-ons folder
and MSbackup folder and launch the file "msbexp"."

I had Windows Me on the Primary Partition and Windows Xp
on a different Partition and had a dual boot option.
I removed the WinXp partion(formatted it) from Windows Me

I run Windows ME on my Pentium III 667 system. My system

screen. Entering my login name and password gets me to my
