I get an error message "Explorer has caused an error in
KERNEL.32.DLL. I get the message in explorer and outlook
express.................thanks.

Recently installed ME; now have no word processing
function.  Message is "NAVW32 has caused an error in
NAVW32EXE.  NAVW32 will now close."
Any suggestions? Can I just go back to Windows 98?  Would

ever since I've signed up with Yahoo dial up/Messenger
service, I'll click on my start button and lets say.....
then clicking on Programs....... all my programs would
show up, now only a couple of them show up with arrows

While on AOL my computer experienced an error.  I rebooted
my machine and when it started back up all my software
icons now have a PDF Adobe icon on top.  I restarted and
it didn't repair.  HELP.

My computer, running WinME, is performing very weird.
1. Very frequently, when signing into AOL, it freezes with
a blue screen and the following msg: "An Exception 0e has
occurred at 0028:C00XXXXX in VXD ---. This was called from

I saw in the tune up section that performance increases
when you delete all but Explorer and Systray.  When I did
Ctl-Alt-Del, there were 30 programs listed in addition to
those two!

I do genealogy and my desktop has ME. My laptop has XP.The
problem is that I do backups on my XP by disc. And I try
to load them onto my desttop(ME) and it will not open my
information. ie: Documents in Works. XP-version 6.0 and ME-
