When I start my Windows ME PC I get a series of error messages:
1.Error starting program
A required .DLL file, XMLPARSE.DLL was not found.
2.Rundll

I am having a constant problem of lock up when certain

In Outlook express when I double click on an email
address, (sent in the body of an email) I get 20 Internet
Explorer windows that open up.  It seems to treat the
email address as a web address, and rather than open up a
