After uninstalling windowsME and returning to my original
configuration, windows will not launch system
tools/information or system tools/restore. I varified that
these components were enabled and the max. amount of disk

I want to re install ME after stupidly
removing some files to create space.
Theses files were rather important, causing
disfunction of mouse, printer, graphics &

I after i have removed 114 viruses and 112 soyware form
my father pc, when i boot up,it gives me 2 errors,  error
loading C:WINDOWS\SYSTEM\ctrlpan.dll  and cannot import
sys.reg,any help would be greatly appreciated.

Spool32 will now close."
I just printed a page OK but next time got the message.

Help.......this is driving me crazy.  I need a means of getting rid of
Devldr16.  I've tried the Device Manager route and I have none of the
listings everybody tells me should be there.  I disable it from MSConfig,
but the programs runs at the next boot anyway.  I want to run this ...

I did a virus checkup of my computer and apparently there
was a trojan named WINPUP.B in it. I deleted all the
infected files including one called WINDOWS/pup.exe,
Program Files/pup.exe, Program Files/over.exe, and

When I install IBM's Via Voice, I get the following
message when I open it.  "Navcentral caused an error in
MFC42.DLL  Navcentral will now close."  And the program
will not open.  Any ideas on how to fix that so my husband
