Explain Software- l make me aware I have to pay out lots of cash, although when i bought this computor, I was assured this toy was able to do bunches of things before money was spent..  Just please help me understand,someof this.  'cause i refuse to give in.  Thanks

Apparently, I'm missing this file mscoree.dll    
Something about it being a file related to Intel32 and
Runtime?  Anybody have any idea what THIS means??

At startup I'm recieving the following Error
message.  "Cbcxvgab has caused an error in Kernel32.dll"  
What should I be looking for to correct the error or at
least get rid of the meesage?

During ME startup, I get a message that the IPHLPAPI.DLL
file cannot start.  When I went to that file, I get all
kinds of cautions about don't mess with it.  What do I
need to do to correct this problem?

I've downloaded WM 9 via Windows Update, and included in
the update was MM 1. It has been working OK, I've been
combining some movie clips. Now suddenly, after another
update, when I try to combine clips I'm getting an Error

I am running ME.  My compuer hangs up.  I push control alt

how can I remove this unwanted adward-save temp file since
it keeps showing as poss infected virus from virus scan. I
checked add/remove install and didn't find it. In my temp
file I know some files exist that says "cannot be deleted"

I have a Windows ME operating system, and I was given a
Microsoft Office Student and Teacher Edition 2003.  The
box indicates that the operating system I must have has
to be either Windows 2000 or Windows XP.  Since I have an
Upgrade from ME to 2000, restore back to ME20 Jan 2004 12:39 GMT1
Is this possible? Before I start, I would like to know if
it is not advised or what route is best to take. ME was
full of its problems but 2000 has way exceeded the ME
quirks. Any advice.
