While attempting to install Norton Internet Security 2004
the installation stoped after the "restart" happened.  
I've notice this in the past also with some other
software.  Symetic tech after diagnosing problem says

Attempting to reinstall Windows Me from the disk that came
with my computer (Dell disk is 'For the Reinstallation of
Windows Me')  I keep getting a message: SU0409 and
instructions to follow the information in hdblock.txt

I get an error message every time i start my Windows Me.
The error reads IPHLPAPL.DLL won't start properly. My
display only gose up to 16  colors and won't let me
change the size setting for my background.

Does anybody out there have an answer for this???????????

For some reason when I attempt to fragment my "C" drive
it starts slow, goes to 1%, then 2% and then reverts back
to 0 and starts again at 1% then 2%, but does not go

How do I play movie DVD's with my HP Pentium 4 Window's ME
system. I have two CD readers installed.

No matter what I try to do the update will not install. I
continue to gett the error message I need to close other
window programs when there are non running.  What gives?
