When i try to update my critical updates ,the update page

Now I not only cannot access Works, add/remove, and Word,
but I cannot get Outlook Express. The error message "could

I somehopw have lost access to my help files in ME.  I
click on help and get a dns error (I didn't have to get on
line to use help) I think I have corrup help files what
can I do to get them back without reinstalling

I get two different error messages each time I boot my
system
1) dw has caused an error in dw.exe
2) xupitertoolbarlader has caused an error in unknown.
