A relative of mine is running MS Word from the Works Suite in Windows Me. At some stage the menu bar (File,Edit,View,Favourites,Tools,Help) was lost (maybe it was never there!). Even completely deleting and reinstalling does not fix the problem. I know there are options to hide ...

Now I not only cannot access Works, add/remove, and Word, but I cannot get Outlook Express. The error message "could not be started because MSOE.DLL couldnot be loaded" pops up. Any ideas what is going on? Thanks.
