Well with Windows ME I've come to except the isuses it has
so when things go horribly wrong i just do a factory
restore to fix it.  Well this last time it wen't horribly

Thanks to Heirloom for advice. Downloaded BHODemon. Ran
it and found sdhelper to be spybot bho. I disabled it
thru demon and got machine back up and running and was
