Am I supposed to have Hyperterminal included with WinMe? I
installed a new modem and was given instructions on how to use
Hyperterminal to find out which version of the driver I had. I

I had a virus and in getting rid of it, the file
C:\windows\system\taskmon.exe was deleted. How can I get
a backup copy of this file to reload.

I seem to be missing a file in my system
Norton Utilities indicates that a shrl30.dll file within
